Math-Center.Org LLC (Math Center, Company, we”, “Gradeit) respects the privacy of the users  
Platform(User” or “you”) and is committed to protect its Users' information. We believe that you have a right  
to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our Platform, Mobile  
App or Scoring Services .  
Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our terms of use  
Privacy Policy is incorporated thereto by reference.  
1.  
Your consent (important, please read carefully!)  
BY ENTERING, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM , YOU AGREE TO THE  
TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO THE  
POSSIBLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS SPECIFIED  
HEREIN. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY  
NOT ENTER TO, CONNECT TO, ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM IN ANY MANNER.  
FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING,  
TRANSFER AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE AND  
CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR PERSONAL  
INFORMATION AND THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED TO US.  
2.  
Which information we may collect on our Users?  
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:  
a. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (Non-personal  
Information). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the  
Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which  
does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us when such User  
uses our Platform . Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical  
information, behavioral information and aggregated information, and may contain, among other  
things, the activity of the User on the Platform , type of operating system, device type, User's 'click-  
stream' on the Platform , keyboard language, screen resolution, time spent on various screens of the  
Platform, metadata, etc.  
b. The second type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”).  
This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature.  
IP address: We gather the Users' IP address (or Mac Address, as applicable) mainly to detect  
anomalies for enhancing the User’s experience and for advertising and security purposes (i.e.,  
in order to safeguard our Platform ).  
Geolocation data: while using the Platform we will access, collect, process, monitor and/or  
remotely store "geolocation data", including through the collection of IP addresses and other  
similar information to determine your location for analytics and security purposes.  
In addition, Personal Information which is being gathered consists of any personal details provided  
consciously and voluntarily by the User:  
Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide in the registration form  
available on the Platform, which includes, inter alia, name, country and email address.  
Additional information may be requested in the future. We may also provide Users with the  
option of connecting their Account with those of relatives (e.g., children) and to this end we  
will collect relatives' or children's name, email address and class.  
Alternatively, users may open and log-in to their Account via one of their existing social  
network accounts (e.g., Google or Facebook). When you open and login to your Account  
through such existing social network account, then such account provides us with access to  
certain information, which is detailed and displayed to you in the notice which appears during  
the integration process, which may include your name, email address, profile photo and user-

id on such account. Please read carefully such notice in order to understand what information  
is made available to us via your social network accounts. We collect your login information  
and other relevant information necessary to enable us to access your social network accounts  
in order to collect the abovementioned information. We store the above-mentioned  
information (or any part of it), in order to achieve the purposes set forth herein. Please  
remember that the manner in which social networks use, store or disclose your information is  
governed solely by their policies and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or other  
actions of such social networks. You hereby acknowledge that such information will be stored  
even after the linkage to your social network accounts expires, for any reason, unless otherwise  
required by law.  
Contact Form: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users and visitors of the  
Platform provide in the Contact Form on the Platform which includes, inter alia, name, email  
address and telephone number. You may optionally provide via the Contact Form any text you  
wish to insert into the “message box”. Our representative may collect additional Personal  
Information from you.  
Communications with us: Personal information you provide to us as part of any  
communications with us, by any means, including by approaching our customer services or  
during sales calls (such information may include marketing and communication data that  
includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication  
preferences).  
User Generated Content: any personal information which you may provide as part of the User  
Generated Content you may upload to the Platform, at your discretion, including test scans for  
grading and scoring services.  
Payments: When subscribing to the Platform, you will have the option to use certain Online  
Payment Processors which will require you to fill out a billing form wherein you will be  
required to provide to such Online Payment Processors certain Personal Information (such as,  
a credit card number and other related billing information) (see Section 6 below regarding the  
payment method). We will not store such information on our servers. We only keep token  
information such Online Payment Processors provide us with (and where applicable, the last  
four digits of your credit card number), and such information is strictly secured.  
c. When you interact with the Gradeit App, we may also collect the following categories of  
information:  
Camera and Photo Library Access: To provide our Scoring Services, the App requires  
access to your device’s camera and/or photo library. This access is used strictly to capture or  
upload digital images of written tests, assessments, or answer sheets (“Test Submissions”).  
We do not access your photos for any purpose other than those explicitly initiated by you  
within the App.  
Test Submissions and Content: We collect and process the digital images you upload, which  
may contain students' handwritten or printed answers, names, and academic work. This content  
is analyzed by our AI Assessment Engine to perform scoring.  
Assessment and Inferred Data: We generate and collect new information derived from your  
Test Submissions, including suggested scores, feedback, proficiency metrics, and analytical  
reports (collectively, “Assessment Data”).  
Mobile Device Identifiers: We may automatically collect information from your mobile  
device, such as your unique device ID (IMEI or UDID), operating system version, mobile  
carrier, and hardware specifications to ensure App compatibility and security.  
We may use non-personal information collected through the Gradeit App to improve performance of our  
optical character recognition (OCR) and scoring algorithms, and to analyze aggregated, anonymous usage  
data to identify common student errors and enhance our pedagogical tools, We may use personal  
information collected through the Gradeit App: (a) To operate the Assessment Engine and provide  
automated Scoring Services, feedback, and analytical reports based on uploaded Test Submissions, (b)  
To develop, train, and improve our machine learning models and AI algorithms to increase the accuracy

of our handwriting recognition and automated scoring. (c) To generate student and class-wide proficiency  
reports that allow teachers to track learning progress over time. (d) To maintain audit logs of grading  
activity as required for institutional educational record-keeping.  
We may cross-reference Personal Information with other Personal Information we have about you and  
any Non-personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall  
be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists. For  
avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall  
be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.  
We use third-party tracking services and usage logs, to track and analyze data from Users of the Platform  
for purposes of security and fraud prevention. We may also use cookies to gather information regarding  
your use of the Platform and the information for which you searched and accessed.  
We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval,  
which is obtained, inter alia, through your acceptance of the TOU and the Privacy Policy.  
3.  
How Do We Collect Information on our Users?  
There are two main methods that we use:  
a.  
We collect information through your entry, connection, access and/or use of the Platform . In  
other words, when you are using the Platform, we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store  
the information relating to such usage (such as the Non-personal Information detailed above and  
your IP address), either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service  
providers as detailed below.  
b.  
We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, we collect Personal  
Information when you register and open an Account or when you use the Platform.  
4.  
What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information?  
Non-personal Information is collected in order to:  
Use it for statistical, analytical and research purposes and for customization, developing and  
improvement of our Platform .  
Serve Users with targeted and interest based advertising.  
Personal Information is collected in order to:  
Operate the Platform and the Services including the Assessment Engine and provide automated  
Scoring Services..  
Improve the quality of the Platform and Service by formulating, customizing and enhancing the  
User's experience.  
Allow us to contact Users with proposals and tailored information regarding new products,  
events, offers, services, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, and events  
of interest etc.  
Display ads and send you offers. We may also use your Personal Information in delivering third  
party advertisements to you. This may include "targeted ads" based upon your interactions with  
our Services. Please note that where required by law, we will do so only pursuant to your consent.  
Send push notifications to the User's device after the User has agreed to accept push notifications  
from us. Users can deactivate push notification by changing their settings within our Service.  
Verify the User's identity when he/she signs into his/her Account , as well as verifying User's  
identity for the purpose of dealing with inappropriate interactions of User and/or fraudulent use  
of our Service.  
Be able to contact Users for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance and support.  
Conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and  
statistical purposes, including in order to improve our Services. Please note that in general we  
analyze aggregate data for such purposes, rather than specific user data, however we may need  
to analyze a specific case to address a specific problem.

Determine general geo-location information (i.e., country) from which the User's computer is  
connected to the Internet in order for us to know the general location of our Platform's and  
Service's Users as well as in order to safeguard our Platform and/or Service.  
To develop, train, and improve our machine learning models and AI algorithms used  
for grading accuracy.  
To provide teachers with predictive analytics and progress tracking for students and  
classes.  
To verify and maintain the integrity of academic assessments.  
5.  
Sharing Information with Third Parties  
The Company will not share any Personal Information it collects with any third party, other than in the  
extreme circumstances as follows: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or  
governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the TOU, including investigation of potential  
violations thereof; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond  
to User's support requests; (e) to respond to claims that any content available on the Service violates the rights  
of third-parties; (f) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-  
party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (g) to protect the rights,  
property, or personal safety of the Company, its Users or the general public; (h) by virtue of undergoing any  
change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets  
of Company, so long as such acquirer maintains the same privacy terms hereunder; (i) to collect, hold and/or  
manage your Personal Information through the Company's authorized third parties service providers  
(including, as applicable, their affiliates as necessary to provide us with the requested services), as reasonable  
for business purposes, which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as  
your jurisdiction; (j) to store or process your Personal Information through the Companys affiliated  
companies, which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your  
jurisdiction. the Company requires its affiliated entities to agree to processing your Personal Information in  
compliance herewith; (k) cooperate with third parties for legitimate business purposes, including without  
limitation, enhancing the User's experience; and/or (l) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure.  
Note, that we collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through the Companys authorized third  
parties vendors of certain products or services (such as hosting cloud services) (including, as applicable, their  
affiliates) solely and limited to providing us with such requested services, and not for any other purposes. Such  
vendors may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.  
For Gradeit App services we share Test Submissions with authorized cloud storage and AI processing  
providers (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) solely for the purpose of executing the Scoring Services.  
For avoidance of doubt, the Company may transfer and disclose Non-personal Information to third parties  
at its discretion including without limitation for statistical, analytical and research purposes and for  
customization, developing and improvement of our Platform.  
6.  
Payment  
We accept certain online payment methods, using our Online Payment Processors, which enable Users to send  
and receive payments securely online using a credit card or bank account. We may add or change the Online  
Payment Processors at our sole discretion. the Company is not affiliated with such Online Payment Processors  
(for more information see our TOU), as each is an independent contractor, and neither is the agent or employee  
of the other, and neither is responsible in any way for the actions or performance (or lack thereof) of the other.  
The use of the Online Payment Processors is at the User's discretion and sole liability and risk. It is the User's  
responsibility to abide by all the terms specified by the Online Payment Processors in their terms of use and  
privacy policies, including but not limited to any age restrictions specified therein. You acknowledge that you  
are fully assuming the risks of conducting any transactions via the Online Payment Processors.  
7.  
Social Features  
Our Platform include social media features, such as Facebook share button (“Social Features). The Social  
Features are operated or allow for social integration with certain third party social networks or third party  
platforms ("Social Network"). These Social Networks s are created and maintained by third parties who are  
not affiliated with and/or controlled by the Company. If you enable this integration with such Social Networks,  
your use of the Social Features is subject to the applicable third party Social Network’s terms of use and privacy

policies. You should ensure that you read their terms of use and privacy policies to understand how they treat  
your information and in order to understand the methods for changing the privacy or sharing settings on such  
services. If you do not agree to the practices described in such terms you should not allow the Platform to  
interact with such Social Networks, however you may find that you are not able to enjoy all the features that  
may be made available via the Platform. You understand that where you allow interaction with any third party  
Social Network, we may share data about you with your contacts (and vice versa) in order that you may enjoy  
social elements. This data may include, without limitation, your name and your social media profile picture.  
By using the Social Features you hereby agree and understand that the applicable Social Networks may collect  
certain Personal Information, such as your IP address, Non-personal Information and may set cookies and/or  
other web tracking technologies to enable the functionality of the Social Features. The use of such features  
enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with  
the third party that provides the Social Features. You hereby understand and agree that when you share content  
from Social Networks that your content may become public and others may re-post-it.  
8.  
Third Party Service Providers  
We may be using third party software or service in order to collect, host, store and/or process the Personal  
Information detailed herein. The Company engages only third party service provides that provide sufficient  
guarantees to protect the Personal Information transferred to them. The following is a list of all categories of  
such service providers, including notable examples:  
Analytics Services, such as Google Analytics and Yandex; and  
AI processing partners such as Open AI and Gemini; and  
Cloud Storage and Data Processing Services, such as DigitalOcean and Cloudinary; and  
Security Services, such as Cloudflare.  
9.  
Minors  
Children of all ages may use the Platform if enabled by a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 16, you  
must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof  
of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of 16 are using the Platform in accordance  
with our TOU.  
Please note that certain features of the Platform may require registration and/or the payment of certain fees,  
and as such we reserve the right to impose, in our discretion, age restrictions on certain features of the Platform  
or otherwise require explicit parental consent or proof of age in order to allow access to our Platform.  
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 16: (i) by allowing your child to use the Platform,  
you are subject to these TOU and you are responsible for your child’s activity on the Platform; and (ii) if you  
upload to the Platform or otherwise provide to us information regarding children under the age of sixteen (16),  
you represent and warrant that you are the legal guardian of the child at hand (the data subject) and that you  
are authorized to upload or provide such information on behalf of the child under any applicable laws.  
Educational Records and Legal Compliance. When used by educational institutions, Gradeit acts as a  
"School Official" with a legitimate educational interest. We maintain student data under the direct control of  
the school and do not use it for unauthorized secondary purposes. e process student data based on Contractual  
Necessity (to perform the scoring service) and Legitimate Interest (for service improvement), provided these  
do not override student privacy rights. Users (Teachers) retain final authority over all scores. The AI provides  
a suggested grade, and teachers have the right to review and manually override any automated decision.  
10. Direct Marketing  
You hereby agree that we may use your contact details you provided us with (including, without limitation, e-  
mail address and phone number) for the purpose of providing you commercial and/or non-commercial  
materials related to our current and/or future products and services. You may withdraw your consent by  
sending a written notice to the Company e-mail address that appears in the Platform or alternatively follow the  
instructions for removing yourself from the mailing list which are available in the message transmitted to you.  
11. Links to Third Party WebPlatforms  
Certain links provided in the Platform permit Users to leave our Platform and enter non-Company's Platforms  
or services. Those linked Platforms and services are provided solely as a convenience to you. Those linked

Platforms and services are not under the control of the Company and it is not responsible for the availability  
of such external Platforms or services, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content  
advertising, products, services or other information on or available from such linked Platforms and services or  
any link contained in a linked Platform or service. The Company reserves the right to terminate any link at any  
time. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or  
indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance  
on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such linked Platforms or resource. Most of  
such linked Platforms and services provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy,  
governing the use thereof. It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using those Platforms  
and services, inter alia, in order to know what kind of information they are collecting.  
12. Cookies & Local Storage  
When you access or use the Platform, we and/or our third party service providers may use industry-wide  
technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs and other similar tools (or other similar  
technologies), which store certain local information on your device ("Local Storage") which may enable us,  
inter alia, to recognize your device from those of other Users of the Platform , to improve the Platform 's  
performance, to deliver a better and more personalized service according to the User's individual interests and  
the device or browser used, to track Users' use of the Platform, to gather information about the Users'  
approximate geographic location (e.g. city), to prevent fraud and/or abuse, to estimate our audience size and  
usage pattern and perform other analytics, to develop our Platform and to serve targeted advertisements.  
Such information is locally stored in the User's device. The Company and/or our authorized third party service  
providers may access such information. The Company and/or our authorized third party service providers may  
use both session cookies (which expire once you close the web-browser) and persistent cookies (which stay  
on the User’s device until he/she deletes them). Such Local Storage used by the Platform may store non-  
personal information (such as the different pages viewed by a User within the Platform) as well as User  
persistent identifier, which will be collected in accordance with the terms specified herein.  
Most devices and browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your device’s hard drive, block acceptance of  
cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. However, if you block or erase cookies, your experience  
of the Platform may be limited. Please note that unless you block the acceptance of cookies, the Platform will  
utilize cookies upon your use of the Platform. If you want to remove previously stored cookies, you can  
manually delete the cookies at any time. However, this will not prevent the Platform from placing further  
cookies on your device unless and until you adjust your settings as described above. For detailed instructions  
regarding the blocking of cookies, please refer to your browser 'help', 'tool' or 'edit' section or  
see http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/. Below are links to instructions regarding the blocking  
of Cookies on commonly used web-browsers:  
It is possible to opt-out of having your browsing activity within the Platform recorded by performance cookies.  
Please note that we use Google Analytics, and Visitor Analytics as our service providers in order to track  
Users' activities on the Platform, including by use such services' persistent cookies. Google provides a browser-  
add on which allows users to opt-out of Google Analytics across all webPlatforms, which can be downloaded  
13. Deletion or Modification of Personal Information  
Your data is yours. If for any reason you wish to delete your Account and/or change your e-mail address please  
send us an e-mail with adequate detail of your request to: support@gradeitapp.com and we will make  
reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.  
In the event that you wish to modify or delete the Personal Information you provided us via the Platform you  
can send us an e-mail of your request to: support@gradeitapp.com and we will modify or delete your  
Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws. We will retain and use your Personal  
Information for a reasonable time after termination as necessary to comply with our legal or business

requirements or obligations (including as required by applicable law), to resolve disputes, to enforce our Terms  
and/or to enable the User to reinstate his/her Account. Aggregate and/or anonymous data derived from your  
Account information or from your use of the Platform may remain on the Company servers indefinitely. Note  
that unless you instruct us otherwise we may retain your Personal Information for as long as required to provide  
you the Platform and the Services, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws.  
14. Security  
We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of our Platform and prevent unauthorized  
access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures.  
Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other  
methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur.  
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS,  
HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR FAILURE TO STORE OR THE THEFT,  
DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA, EXCEPT TO THE  
EXTENT THAT THE COMPANY HAS NOT TAKEN THE REASONABLE INFORMATION SECURITY  
MEASURES REQUIRED BY LAW.  
15. Changes to the Privacy Policy  
The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Platform and any information collected therein. The  
Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently to check  
for any changes. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the  
Platform or we will send you an e-mail regarding such changes to the e-mail address that you may have  
provided us with. Such material changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our  
Platform or sent to you via e-mail, whichever is the earlier. Otherwise, all other changes to this Privacy Policy  
are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” and your continued use of the Platform on or after the Last Revised  
date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes. In the event that the Terms  
should be amended to comply with any legal requirements, the amendments may take effect immediately, or  
as required by the law and without any prior notice.  
16. Human Oversight & Final Grading Authority  
Gradeit provides automated scoring and feedback as a pedagogical aid for educators. You  
acknowledge and agree that:  
Suggested Results: All scores, marks, and feedback generated by the Platform’s AI are  
“suggested” results and do not constitute a final academic grade until reviewed by a human  
educator.  
Teacher Responsibility: The User (e.g., the teacher or instructor) retains sole and final  
authority over all student grades. It is the User’s responsibility to review, verify, and, if  
necessary, manually override any automated scoring before finalizing any educational  
records.  
Non-Reliance: Gradeit is not responsible for any educational or administrative decisions  
made based solely on automated outputs without human verification.
